How to Choose the Right Art Class for Your Child’s Personality and Age
Not all young artists are the same—some are detail-loving da Vincis, others are bold Jackson Pollocks while others love ANIME! Choosing the right class makes all the difference. Here’s a quick guide to help you match your child with their creative home:
Ages 5-7: The "littles" need classes that are playful, colorful, and sensory driven. At this age, kids need room to explore and experiment without pressure. Our "Art Enrichment" class is perfect—this is where our littles" get to explore all mediums clay building, mask making, painting, collaging, with wide-eyed wonder.
Ages 8-12: Kids start refining their skills and asking more “how do I make this look real?” questions. Our "Fundamentals of Art" or "Art Club" class balance technique and creativity—great for kids who are ready to level up but still love to have fun. These classes are a great option before going into Anime. Just so that they can gain some foundational drawing skills and enter as a more confident artist!

Ages 13+: They’re ready for more advanced techniques and deeper self-expression. Our "Studio Sessions" or "Digital Art" classes introduce portrait work, perspective, and mixed media. It's where imagination meets intention.
Still not sure? Ask us! We know these kids like the back of our paint-stained hands. We’re happy to guide you to the right fit.
