FAQs for Tuition Subscription Plan

 

 

1. What are the subscription plan options?

 

We offer three subscription tiers for our art classes:

 

- *Silver*3-Month Plan:  Ideal for short-term commitment and trying out our programs.

- *Gold *6-Month Plan: Great for consistent learning and skill development.

- *Platinum*12-Month Plan: Best value for long-term growth and comprehensive learning.


 

2. How much does each subscription plan cost?

 

- 3-Month Plan: $400

- 6-Month Plan: $750

- 12-Month Plan: $1500

 

3. Can I cancel my subscription?

 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations are non-refundable. 

 

4. Are there any additional fees?

 

No, there are no additional fees. The subscription cost covers all the benefits mentioned in each tier, including class access and workshops.

 

5. How do I sign up for a subscription plan?

6. Can I switch to a different subscription tier after signing up?

 

Yes, however you can only upgrade your subscription tier at any time. Please contact our admissions office for assistance with changing your subscription plan.

 

7. What happens if I miss a class?

 

Only Members are extended the option of make up sessions.  If you miss a class, you can attend a make-up session. Please notify us in advance, and we will help you schedule a make-up class.

 

8. Are the subscription plans auto-renewed?

 

Yes, our subscription plans are set to auto-renew at the end of each term. You will receive a reminder email before the renewal date, and you can choose to opt-out or change your plan at that time.


 

9. Do you offer sibling discounts?

 

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for siblings enrolled in our subscription plans. Please contact our admissions office to apply the discount.

10. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to one month per term. Please contact us in advance to arrange the pause and avoid any disruption in service.

11. Are materials included in the subscription cost?

 

Different materials for classes are included in the subscription cost at each tier. However, some specialized classes may require additional supplies, which can be purchased at a discounted rate through our school store or Amazon link. 

 

12. How do I access the benefits included in my plan?

 

You will receive a code or a link via email to register for the free workshops included in your plan. Workshops fill up quickly, so be sure to register early.
